Amber Valley CAMRA will be running a Real Ale / Cider bar at the Eyes have it Music Festival, which will take place from Thursday 2nd July until Sunday 5th July at the Eyes Meadow, Duffield. There will be at least thirty real ales with a good mix of styles; many sourced locally; also at least twelve ciders. They will be reasonably priced too, at £4.50 per pint across the board. Other tastes will be catered for with lager, wine and soft drinks. There will be food vendors on site.
This is, of course, primarily a music festival with music on two stages throughout. Thursday evening will be acoustic, starting at 7pm with lower admission prices. The main event starts on Friday, through Saturday and until early evening on Sunday. It is strongly recommended that anyone wishing to attend should obtain an advance ticket, available from the event website.
The event is held in an idyllic setting on the banks of the river Derwent. What better way to spend an evening, or even a whole weekend listening to the music and supping a pint. See you there.
