Social Pub walk – Mansfield

We invite you to join us on a pub crawl around Mansfield and Sutton on the afternoon of SATURDAY 9 MARCH.

The meeting point is in the Brown Cow, Mansfield between 13:00 – 13:45.

We will then visit (not necessarily in this order):

• Stella Taps
• Old Brewery Bar (Prior’s Well brewery’s new bar opened July 2019)
• Garrison (serves pizzas)
• Railway Inn (serves home cooked food)
• Stag & Pheasant (Wetherspoons, so food available) – optional visit

We can then catch a bus from Mansfield Bus Station to Sutton to either of the following:

• Scruffy Dog (serves pizza but possibly only in the evening)
• Firerock

Then, it’s either a 20 min walk from one to the other or another  bus ride of 4 – 11 mins depending on the route.

If we want to go to the Scruffy Dog, it would make sense to go there first.

For getting back, Firerock is near the Nines bus route whereas the Scruffy Dog is not.

There’s also the option of catching the Nines to South Normanton to visit the Market Tavern on the way back.
