DESCRIPTION:We invite you to join us on a pub crawl around Mansfield and Sutton on the afternoon of SATURDAY 9 MARCH. \nThe meeting point is in the Brown Cow\, Mansfield between 13:00 – 13:45. \nWe will then visit (not necessarily in this order): \n\nStella Taps\nOld Brewery Bar (Prior’s Well brewery’s new bar opened July 2019)\nGarrison (serves pizzas)\nRailway Inn (serves home cooked food)\nStag & Pheasant (Wetherspoons\, so food available) – optional visit\n\nWe can then catch a bus from Mansfield Bus Station to Sutton to either of the following: \n\nScruffy Dog (serves pizza but possibly only in the evening)\nFirerock\n\nThen\, it’s either a 20 min walk from one to the other or another  bus ride of 4 – 11 mins depending on the route. \nIf we want to go to the Scruffy Dog\, it would make sense to go there first. \nFor getting back\, Firerock is near the Nines bus route whereas the Scruffy Dog is not. \nThere’s also the option of catching the Nines to South Normanton to visit the Market Tavern on the way back. \nHere’s a link to a map of the pubs in Mansfield and a rough walking route: \nPub map

DESCRIPTION:We are running a pub crawl around Sheffield on the afternoon of SATURDAY 10 FEBRUARY and hope you can join us. \nThe meeting point is in the Sheffield Tap between 12:45 – 13:30 \nWe will then get the tram to Kelham Island/Peniston road area. \nThey run every 12 mins on the blue line to the Infirmary Road stop. Tickets are £2.40 single or £4 return. Next it’s a 7 min walk to the Gardeners Rest. \nWe will then visit some or all of the following: \n\nHeist Brew Company (brewery tap\, new to us)\nCutlery Works Bar (food stop if necessary\, in a complex with plenty of food stalls\, new to us)\nAlder (in former Sheffield Brewing Company’s premises\, new to us)\nWellington\nKelham Island Tavern\nFat Cat\nMillowners Arms (new to us)\nHarlequin (good for food\, could be visited after the Wellington if people are hungry at that point)\n\nView directions from Infirmary Road to Harlequin Inn via The Gardeners Rest\, Heist Brew Co.\, and 8 other stops in Google Maps.

DESCRIPTION:On Friday 24th November\, Amber Valley CAMRA is surveying as many pubs in Belper and Milford as we can manage in one evening. Everyone is welcome to help out. \nAll pubs and bars are being surveyed\, even those that we believe do not sell real ale\, so we can build up a picture of what is on sale. \nChoose one of five different routes. Meet at the first pub on your chosen route at 6:30pm\, and make yourself known to the leader. There is a phone number for each leader in case you are delayed. \nSome involve more walking than others\, but all start points are within easy walking distance of a bus stop. \nTreat yourself to a half pint in each pub and rate it on Whatpub. DESCRIPTION:We are running a pub crawl around Heeley in Sheffield on the afternoon of Saturday 17 June and hope you can join us.\nIf you are interested\, meet us in Sheffield Tap between 12:45pm and 1:30pm.\nWe will then get a Stagecoach bus to Heeley (south of the city centre) from Arundel Gate (stop AG10) a 5-minute walk from Sheffield Tap).  It’s about a 13-minute bus ride and there are buses every 10-15 mins or so.  If you get a Derbyshire Wayfarer (£14)\, then this will cover the train and either 43\, 44 or X17 bus services (but not the 25 as it doesn’t enter Derbyshire). Otherwise a single from Arundel Gate should cost £2. We will start at the Broadfield (the furthest point) and then walk back into town\, taking in: \nBroadfield (food available) \nCrown Inn (food available) \nWhite Lion \nBrothers Arms (food available) – the Everly Pregnant Brothers Pub with great views over the valley if you are fortunate to get the right tables) \nSheaf View \nCremorne \nAlbion \nClubhouse (food available) \nBeer Engine (food available\, tapas) \nPub Map
