SUMMARY:Social trip Nottingham
DESCRIPTION:We are running a pub crawl around Nottingham on the afternoon of SATURDAY 30 MAY and hope you can join us. \nIf you are interested\, meet us in the VAT & Fiddle between 1 pm and 1:45 pm. \nWe will then head south and visit some or all of the following: \n\nThe Embankment\nThe Trent Bridge Inn\nPoppy & Pint\nStratford Haven\nBrewhouse & Kitchen\nTrent Navigation Inn\n\nThe walk covering these pubs and back to the VAT and Fiddle is 4 miles in total.  However\, the longest walk between pubs is 0.8 miles so although there is a fair amount of walking in total\, there’s no big distance to cover in one go. \nThe pubs are ordered in a very specific way\, walking past some on the way to others to visit them on our way back into town. \nSee the route in the Google Map below for more info on the walk and distances: \nGoogle maps \nHere’s a link to the new CAMRA trip function with the pubs listed above: \nCAMRA Pubs

DESCRIPTION:Our branch will carry out a survey of all pubs in the Belper area on Saturday 1 August 2026. \nSaturday 1st August 2026 Start 3:30pm \nThe aim is to visit all the watering holes in Belper on a single evening to record all real ales sold and to compare with previous years.
